1. Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, absolutely. We would be sad to lose you, but you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

2. If I buy a single month, am I obliged to become a subscriber?

No, not at all.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card, Debit card, Paypal, Bitcoin, and Bank transfer.

4. How will my order be delivered?

By USPS mail.

5. Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. Shipping is free within the US. A $20 international shipping charge is applied for all other orders.

6. What exactly is included?

We offer a box for kittens and a box for cats. Boxes contain 5 items to amuse, treat, and look after your favorite feline/s. You will receive awesome toys, lip-lickin' good treats, products for owner's and feline's health and hygiene, and a box. We offer single month and recurring monthly subscription packages.

7. Is every box identical?

Each month we select the latest, coolest and most innovative products for felines, so each month your cat or kitten will have new stuff to keep them amused and spoiled!

8. Can I return my order?

You can return unused items if they are defective. Please contact our Returns Team at returns@felinefrisky.com for details.

9. Will Feline Frisky offer more products/services in future?
